The son of an orchestral musician and a painter, I was given a disposable camera by my parents at the age of 8 upon first immigrating to the United States from Russia. This creative outlet eventually lead me out of the world and back into the Orthodox Church. Now I find a unique bridge between my Orthodox faith and my lifelong love for visual storytelling through film and photography. I travel the world as a pilgrim, seeking communion with Christ through serving others with my lens, documenting the beauty and sanctity of Orthodox churches, holy sites, and Orthodox Christians worldwide.
